Returns / Exchange

We will gladly exchange unused merchandise OR issue a refund within 30 days of invoice date. Refunds are only issued if the goods are returned with an authorised returns number from Customer Service and accompanied by the original receipt. This 30 day satisfaction guarantee is only valid on products purchased from FOX EUROPE. Returned goods should be sent to Fox and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. (shipping charges to Fox are not reimbursed on returned items).
